Sarissa Resources, Inc. announced today that the Company has received the results of an independent geological report on the Nemegosenda property, "Preliminary Analysis and Recommendations for National Instrument 43-101 Compliant Reserve Estimate." The report was commissioned to evaluate the past work done on the property and to recommend a work program to bring the reported reserve estimates up to 43-101 standards.

Sarissa Resources announced today that the Company has engaged the services of an independent auditing firm to audit the consolidated financial statements of Sarissa Resources in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principals (GAAP) and to provide the Company’s Board of Directors with an opinion on them in accordance with the standards of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (United States). Michael F. Albanese, CPA, has already begun the financial auditing process for Sarissa.

Ben Fuschino announces his resignation and the appointment of Scott Keevil as Sarissa's President, effective December 1, 2007. Mr. Fuschino will remain a Director of the company. In addition, Dr. Cam Cheriton has joined the Board of Directors, and Peter D'Jay has resigned as a Director. Mr. Keevil will receive 30 million restricted shares and Dr. Cheriton will receive 1 million restricted shares, both from the Sarissa treasury for accepting these positions.
